I guess this would take into account if all of Jupiter's moons somehow left Jupiter and came to our orbit and settled into orbits around the Earth. I would think since Europa would be closer to the sun, it's ice might melt and evaporated, so it may look different. Another hypothetical scenario would be what if the Earth became a moon of Uranus?

I'm not in any way a physics student so I could be wrong and incomplete here. The effects would be highly dependent from where they will be located (How far they will orbit from earth) which remained unspecified in this video. Now, let's transfer all of Jupiter's moons to Earth without changing their proximity to their parent planet. That means: Io will be 422,000 Km from the Earth Europa at 671,000 Km Ganymede at 1,070,000 Km Callisto at 1,883,000 km And all other smaller moons at their usual place. But due to Earth's proximity to the Sun and it's relatively much smaller than Jupiter, Earth's hill sphere is only 1,500,000 Km meaning any object that orbits Earth further than this will break free and orbit the Sun instead. So already, we just lost almost all of the moons, including a major one, Callisto. Leaving us only Io, Europa, Ganymede and a few moonlets left in orbit. Now let's get to the gravitational effects. Io is 1.21 times the mass of the moon Europa is 0.66 times the mass of the moon Ganymede is 2 times the mass of the moon. With only my amatuer calculations from their mass and distance, the apparent gravitational pull of Io to the Earth will be about 1.001 as much as the moon would, in other words, 0.1% greater. Europa would be about 0.22 (22%) as much, Ganymede about 0.257 (25.7%). The combined apparent gravitational forces of the 3 moons to the Earth will be 1.478 or 47.8% greater than the moon would. I'll let you be the judge of how much this will affect life. And no, Earth won't be tidally locked to one of them anytime soon and would continue spinning at a normal rate. The 3 moons would more likely be tidally locked to Earth instead.

This close to the sun, the moon would melt the ice. So, the reflection would not be that noticable. Also, placing the moon's at the distance in relative to the distance from the home planet, the tides would be higher, but not enough to get too deep. By my calculations it would raise the tide double the current tides. Plus this in fact would allow a more stable atmosphere, and would help the Earth release much more greenhouse gases. 👍 Nice video however 😁.

If Earth had Jupiter's moons, it would likely have a significant impact on our planet and its inhabitants. Jupiter has 79 known moons, the four largest are named Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto, known as the Galilean moons. Having so many large moons orbiting close to Earth would likely cause significant gravitational effects on our planet. This could cause increased tides and potentially affect the rotation and orbit of the Earth. It could also cause changes in weather patterns and the distribution of ocean currents. The presence of so many large moons could also have an impact on the formation of life on Earth. The gravitational effects of the moons could have influenced the formation of oceans and the development of life forms. The moons could also have played a role in the evolution of life on Earth by providing a source of heat and light for organisms that evolved to utilize it. However, it is important to note that it is very unlikely that Earth would have Jupiter's moons, as they are thought to have formed around Jupiter, and the conditions required for their formation are not present on Earth. The scenario is purely hypothetical and it is hard to say exactly what the effects would be without knowing how the moons would be formed and how they would interact with Earth.
