A bunch of people are saying she recorded this first when she was 12. She published it on her cover channel on March 12 2019. So unless she sat on it for over 2 months before publishing it, she was actually 13. And she looks definitely older than she looked in videos from a year before. Between 11 and 13, Angelina grew like crazy.

She last sang this in her home "studio" around her 13th birthday (posted 13 yrs 2 months) & it was done in at least 2 takes that were combined to make the video. This was live in front of an audience. She sang it twice before the concert (sound check & practice). Then during the concert she sang it twice, back to back because the wind was blowing her hair in her face for the 1st one, so she asked to sing it again. I wonder if Whitney could sing it 4 times in a row. That's breath control!!! Great reaction, BTW

@@lonwolflonwolf6553 if you watch the fan shot video it is possible she didn't like it. But it looked like practice or something, tough song and not feelin it yet maybe? I don't know but it looked more like an impromptu or planned rehearsal, given the camera crew is seen setting up towards the end of the song on the fan video, as if they were preparing for the song to be re sung, as if everything was normal. Maybe they weren't ready yet and she decided to fill the space and rehearse. Maybe it was a decision they made during the first take with body language and nods somehow because they didn't like the first take early on in it. But it seems she was warming up, rehearsing and filling space for the crew to get ready. I definitely don't think it was the crowd. Probably just wanting to get comfy on her part while they set up I thought. The only confident looking comment I saw about it was that they didn't like the first shot and wanted to move the camera. I've seen people worry because it was not as good and she seemed distracted or something, or god forbid she isn't perfect for the first time we've seen, that would make us concerned hahaha. I never got any bad vibes about it or anything. Maybe they told her right away they are moving and re setting and she then just decided to continue, while getting thrown off for a second and then just rehearsing. To reconcile the comment I saw and the video itself. Tough to really say for sure on a fan shot vid, from far away on a windy day. New video out today showed her getting a bit distracted, happily, laughing, waving like 12 hours ago or whatevs, mid song. One thing is for sure, letting people's love get to her a bit there, or two taking a Whitney Houston song at 16 is nothing to worry about or anything. She'll be one of the best live performers and most professional kids around on her very first album tour either way. Despite being a charming goofball and making her vocals as complex and difficult as she can.

One thing I have noticed in this performance is that her phrasing is a little bit better than her younger performance so that she doesn't sound like she's rushing the words in a couple of places. Thank God we can see Angelina live again!

I saw an amateur video that was up on YT for only a few minutes and it showed her singing this 2 times. I believe that TV 2 who recorded this version, asked her to perform it again immediately after the first take to get better camera shots. She delivered this like a real pro, A DIVA!

Hi frank, Elmar here, as I understood and saw on video, the first time she was SOOO irritated by the side wind, blowing her hair into the mouth, that AJ herself demanded to do it again, watch her hair on her right side, I think they used a bit of hairspray to make it heavier and fix it a bit to her forehead. Dave, I think Angelina was 12 when she made that earlier video. She was 7 when she entered Norway's Got Talent and sang a Billy Holiday song. Actually she sang a couple of them, Gloomy Sunday, and I'm a Fool to Want You (totally acapella), then Bang Bang and Summertime for the win. I listened to her earlier one again, and then watched this one. I really didn't need to because her growth is evident to anyone who has listened to her for anytime but she is singing so much easier here and she has an incredible new flavor to her voice! Every Angelina angel wants and believes Angelina's music should be promoted. We know her family has requested Angelina be allowed as normal a childhood as possible and should finish her schooling. I think that is very wise. I like to believe her family is working with Republic Records on a promotion strategy, to fully promote her while at the same time not to overwhelm Angelina. We don't want, what has happened to so many, her to shoot up in popularity only to have her star burn out. Angelina is a rare talent. I like to believe she is a once in forever musical artist and I put my faith in her loving family to know when the time is right to allow Republic to fully promote her. Our patience will be greatly rewarded.

The sweet little girl who sang on that same stage at just 8 years old has grown up, in every sense, is now a wonderful artist, very professional but who retains that wonderful passion for music and always manages to excite us with every splendid interpretation. Dave, INFORMATION: Singing along the Border (Name of the festival in Norwegian), means, the audience is encouraged to sing along, today the Nowegiand TV send the lyric onthe the smartphones, so the people could sing with her. The people there, came, because THEIR National Treasure was back (first time at age 8 singing What a difference a day makes) and singing with her this iconic song was an unforgettable thing. Sadly, as we were informed by a Norwegian, due to Covid and lagging interest in this festival, it will be the last.

Well done sir! Love your reactions. Has anybody told you your voice would be perfect as a radio host? I did a radio show for several years talking called Auto Talk about all this automotive. Way back in my teens and early 20’s I was in a little band playing rhythm guitar and lead singer. Your voice is warm and clear so would be great for radio. My face was always good for radio.

The thing about singing this song is everyone compares it to the bodyguard soundtrack which is a full out recording booth production with probably 7 or 8 takes which you can tell by the breaks in the seen so a lot was done to make that perfect .. I am a big Whitney fan and love this song but there are recordings of her doing this song where it went badly with her singing it in concert A J singing this outside in the wind ,fighting with her hair . I thought it was good. Oh enjoyed your reaction and agree with you. Oh one other note Whitney was 29 I believe when this was recorded , AJ IS 16

I just want to point out, which no reactor has pointed out & that is, how classy Angelina looks in that gorgeous gown & gloves!! It's a vintage look & she is BRINGING classy back, which is much NEEDED in today's music industry!! Another thing that viewer's don't know, is Angelina & her Grandmother design all her clothes that she wears. Her grandmother makes the designs of an outfit( Her grandmother is an artist ) and Angelina makes the clothes that her grandmother designed. Example is the outfit she wore on America's got talent champions. So, I WOULDN'T be surprised if this gorgeous gown was made & designed by ber grandmother & Angelina!! 😊😊😊😊😊💞💞💞

Undoubtedly, basically EVERYONE at this concert knows who Angelina is! Except for the Covid interruption, she's been singing every year at this "Allsang pa Grensen" venue since she was eight years old, in front of thousands of attendees. So it was probably no great surprise to them that she would sing a W.H. song, although after missing her for the last couple of years, they were probably shocked and mesmerized by her mature presence and powerful vocal growth.

As always, Angelina makes me feel her music more than from any other artist. If you are like most reactors, you do very well educating viewers as to how to support your own channel. Why is Angelina's performance of this song always compared to Whitney Houston's studio version??? Whitney's studio version was recorded in a high-end studio with an army of professional musicians and countless takes, and she was 29 years old. I don't know of any live performance by Whitney that even comes close to the quality of the studio version. One exception was at the 1993 Billboard Awards, but there were rumors that it was playback, but I don't think so. I would like Angelina to do a real studio version, but Angelina doesn't have to prove herself, she already does it with every single song. 💯 *AJ* 💯

If you compare AJ's earlier performance (at 13) of "I Have Nothing" with this performance, you'll immediately understand her growth in this genre.
