Also if your clever rich buy houses not as many flash cars as cars depreciate in value very quickly. Houses compound wealth overtime. Also number one rule when you grow up is you always invest 10-15% of your total income in the financial markets. You don’t leave all your money in a bank account! Inflation will get you and you will not be able to compound your wealth and retire at least 20 years sooner!
