exactly, and not being disrespectful, but spurs arent anywhere near the size of man utd. So man utd always has the most pressure, cause they are the most talked about club, each player or manager gets slated by biased agendas within the media. Playing premier league football isnt as easy as some people make it sound like, true fans always support the club, manager, and players no matter what.

@@afnanhasan3917 exactly!! Being the biggest and the most famous club in the world ain't easy. The pressure's always there to tackle everyone in the club. It goes like this- Blaming the manager- Blaming the playing style of the players- to blaming an individual to mount pressure on him so that they will get lots of things to say to sell their papers. Media are being biased af, and always create disgusting stories which comes from their hidden desires. It is more like projecting their inner desires to famous people. Disgusting af

Its got nothing to do with his passing and distribution. That depends on his own natural ability which is pretty limited. I'm not a big Jose fan but he is basically telling him that if the CM goes wandering off into other areas of the pitch to press or give support, the center of the pitch is entirely exposed. This is the same problem which Jorginho has at Chelsea. Often he is so focused on pressing the opponent and being the trigger of the press that he vacates his position and leaves the centre of the pitch entirely exposed and open as he does not have the pace to get back.

Sorry, and unfortunately Jose, only great players who are humble, hardworking and hungry that will respond positively to you. Only good players deserve Jose coaching. Something I always wondered because it is a factor of the game & particularly if you are a goal keeper. IF you are the 2nd, 3rd choice GK, how does it feel to know that you basically are lucky to get 5-6 apps per season & ur only needed as a backup? How would it feel to know you are watching your career pass you by? idk im no professional but i guess some players are more content to just earn a wage & watch the game from the bench.
@LeechUFC
@LeechUFC 3 жыл бұрын
Since most third choices are young, it's probably more like a school for them. They train at a super rich, professional club under players they aspire to be like with position coaches, tactical coaches and scrimmage daily, getting to prove themselves every now and then

The whole documentary which was supposed to boost and elevate Spurs media publicity, to attract a greater fan base, really instead has backfired upon them. The intimate details on the player's mentality, the training regiments, the talks, these are meant to be kept classified and not publicized for other competitors to read the minds and the plans of Tottenham. What is most disappointing is that Jose Mourinho allowed this to happen, a tactician, a footballing strategist. How can any manager allow this farce to happen to any club. To reveal training details, training methodologies, player interviews and heart felt feelings displayed for other clubs to take note of. IT HAS BACKFIRED LOL! For the sake of the club and the fans, do not reveal your cards to competitors!

@r.c.1881
@r.c.1881 3 жыл бұрын
@@HyunaTheHyena it's big deal in hindsight to not win a game at that level. Yes, the contract is signed, and so the paycheck will come, but you have to consider that a bad performance can lead to being sidelined for a series of next games, which means less visibility, less value, while a series of poor performances means the possibility of being transfered to a lesser team, with less probability to win trophies(and annexed big mony prizes). All this leads to a worse bargaining position when signing contracts, which ultimately mean smaller paychecks, sometimes even massively so. Mostly, it's a case of small singular events influencing overall result, rather than one big turning point, so every performance matters. These people get to become millionaires, but their surce of income has an expiration date, and thus losing valuable time in a bad performance is indeed a big deal there. This not to mention the fact that at that level they're all very competitive people, and do not take being beaten well to begin with.
