Shruti Wani pandan leaf works like vanilla bean. it's a flavor inducer. you can find them in most Asian grocery market. try the frozen section if you can't find fresh.

after wrapping it w/banana leaves wrap it w/ aluminum foil ,use twine or thick thread .. if u don't have .. place the side where its folded and put heavy plates ..if you don't have any of these ..don't worry abt cooking ..
