boiled black beans (don’t forget to soak them first)___1/2 cup
coconut cream___3 cups
sugar___1 + 1/2 cups
salt___2 tsp

One question kha, the banana leafs I have keep breaking off or tearing apart whenever I try to close it. :-( is there any tip on how to make it work? thank you kha

Try cross leafs line and add more stack, like 3 or 4 leafs maybe work. maybe...

and maybe don't use old and dry leaf. if it so, use cross leafs line and make it a bit wider. hope it works..

you can roast banana leaf over the fire just until it wilt. this will help from breaking.
