nice video kev! you just have to adjust the screw on the third gear clutch (specifically you have to unscrew the screw so that the third gear engages earlier).

My thing about electric....you can drive them anywhere and not piss off everyone within a mile radius. And my car doesn't smell of nitro when I get back home. And even when I had my nice backyard track....the exhaust can get obnoxious with no wind. LOL

I have got both Electric and Nitro buggies and I have to say the Nitro puts a bigger smile on my face 😁 I use a heat sock for my nitro buggy and it starts so easy after that's been on 👍

Yea I've never heard of a dart being a muscle car its gotta be a v8 and it ain't no hot rod Lincoln but with all said I'm not hating it's a very good looking car and would be a gem for anyone but muscle car I'm afraid not, classic american hot rod would be more appropriate but the hot rod part may need replaced with car

My grandpa had a Plymouth Satellite, not a hot rod but the same car basically. I have to go with the Nitro because I'm old and those were the fastest things you can have back in the day, because battery technology sucked back then.

The best part about nitro tummy is the actual engine in the tuning required to make it run properly. I always bring more than one if I'm going to run nitro. Just because they can be finicky but they're still nothing that beats it

I bought a traxxas jato that does 90km out the box & is nitro with a 2 speed box, the more nitro & tuned right with cog upgrades, easily does over 120km, I can't get enough of 1/10 scale beast

I don't think you're a true RC car enthusiast without trying nitro at least once. I'm totally over it though. It was more competitive in the pre lipo/brushless days. But these days electric is better in practically every way.

Nice little car and the 225 slant 6 engine is nearly indestructible but they are an absolute dog, swap an old 340 into it or a modern hemi crate motor and it will become a muscle car

Nitro is fun but a huge maintenance nightmare. I switched to electric 20yrs ago and haven't looked back. Much faster, cleaner, and easier. Electric just work after sitting for 6 months, nitro requires hours of maintenance and fighting with it to get it to start after sitting for months.

See i'm not really agreeing with that and its because the power of the electrics cause alot more drivetrain damage, those Kyosho helical cut diffs isn't cheap I've effected a lot more repairs on my brushless toys than my nitro Madforce. Btw I have an Almost vintage Nitro Madforce best basher I own. And some people enjoy the maintenance side of RC

Started with TAMIYA electric buggies, then went to Traxxas Nitro 4-tech and T-MAXX, then E-REVO, now strictly electric with X-MAXX & Sledge. Nitro is a blast & I keep all my nitro planes, truck and cars in good condition. It’s fun to break them out now and then. Great video. Thanks brother!

My grandpa had an identical Duster when I was a kid, I remember him taking my cousin and me to local places to get ice cream when I was a kid. That was in the 80's. He passed away of cancer not long after those last memories, my grandmother trashed the car and sold it for scrap
