Whats Caught My Eye In The Classifieds. MG ZT-T 765 X15 Bonneville Land Speed Record Holder

MG have a proud history of setting Land Speed Records at Bonneville. In August 2003 once more they set the Land Speed Record this time it was for the fastest estate car in the world. This record still stands to this day.
In this video I tell the story of X15 and we also take a further look at the car in a bit more detail.
It was a Group C car in the Gasoline class.
To sum up the achievement in one word "Incredible"
This car is currently for sale at J D Classics in Chelmsford. Please note that i have no association with this vehicle or the owner I just came across the for sale advert and had to share it with you.

Its where it belongs really. It was a car that probably would have been still in MG Rovers collection had events not happened as they did. I don't believe it would have got into the public domain otherwise. Its just great its survived as it has. It was on show i understand at Gaydon over the previous few months but wasn't there when i visited in April.
