I used a chest expander to train my back and rear deltoids (and pull-ups). It cost me £10. Have you ever used a Twister to train inner chest? They come in resistance sizes 20kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg, 60kg, 80kg, 100kg, 110kg?! You can have a rack of them. The professionals used to use them in the 60's.

I thought about one of these bags for my 15yo but she's only 4ft 9 for the rest of life. It's hard finding a bag to fit all her stuff but not be huge for her to carry putting this out there...menstrual cups are amazing for working out. Never had it leak. I ended up going out and buying one that just lives in my gym bag for emergencies. I also keep one in my work bag and one in my bathroom
