I really enjoyed this video I carry a lot of my chronic illness emergency meds in my black mini backpack that I got for Christmas it's leather. I also carry hand sanitizer. And I also carry a little thing of tissues because you never know when you're going to need those. And I also have nausea meds that I carry in there in case I have an issue with feeling sick and I also have a seasick bag in there too. Lindsay the video was really informative. I learned a lot from you and I love you❤

All of this is very relatable we have to carry around so much!! fun fact about me is that pulse oxes don’t work for me because my resting peripheral temp is too low to register 😂 I recently got some new crystals from Simmon crystal which were super affordable and I definitely recommend!! Agree about being prepared, sending love and spoons ❤️🥄

That was super interesting! A must have for me is salt and sugar packets, the kind you find in restaurants. Also, gum and mints for nausea. And water. And my meds. And makeup so I dont look horrible 😂 it’s hard to travel light when you have chronic illnesses.

I saved up money for a few months to buy a ZP, but it got scratched on the third day. I cried so much, and then my boyfriend bought me a bag from kislux for me to carry alternately. Anyway, there are so many bags on the street, so as long as others can't see it, I think it's fine. The thought is there.

Hi Lindsay, you look beautiful! I have a question for you, about your medical cards. I am also diagnosed with complex post-traumatic stress syndrome. Where can I get a medical card for CPTSD? What should it say? And how does it help you in particular? I never know what symptoms I might have. It would be useful for me to know that in the middle of a crisis I don't have to go around explaining what is happening to me because sometimes I can't speak or I get paralyzed. For me, discovering this is really VERY useful and I think it was a blessing to find out about this card. I hope I made myself understood since I am Italian, and that my questions don't bother you. Have a beautiful day. big hug 🥰
