Hi sir, I had to do flagpoling to get my post graduate work permit last year. Now I have received the ITA under stem category and would like to know if flagpoling is considered as denied entry to usa? In other words, should i select the "have you ever been refused or denied entry to any country" option as 'yes' and give explanation about flagpoling or should i go ahead and say 'no'. Im scared as mentioning as no might be misrepresentation. Please advice!

Thank you so much for your videos, Kubeir. I'm on a work permit but my temporary resident visa has expired (because it was tied to my study permit). Can I apply for a new TRV if I also have an express entry profile (no ITA yet)? Would it be considered as "dual intent"?

Hi My 2 children were denied visitors visa and now have a five year ban due to one of my bank statement that we used on their application. The bank statement was from a fixed investment account which was maturing in July after we had applied and the account was closed . When the officer was asking for explanation I had forgotten about it I just send other proof of funds. After getting the notes from the refusal I now understood why it was rejected. Please how do I tackle this I really need to fix this for the sake of my kids ?

Hello, if candidate’s application rejected by BCPNP for providing fraud LMIA which he got from an agent and he was banned for 2 years by BCPNP to apply. Now that ban is over and this time candidates has genuine job offer from B.C. employer so question is- would he just be fine for applying this time with BCPNP and will not have any issues to get his nomination?

I applied for open work permit in March and got request letter from IRCC about my previous refusal, which I have already included while applying my file.. they asked me for letter of explanation, do I need to explain in clear y my visa got refused in detailed? Or should I attach the cancelled visa which is on my passport ? Please help!! Thank you.

Kubeir sir I was enrolled in a distance learning one year course , I never show it in my personal activities while filing pr application. I completed the course after COPR. Now I showed that in Citizneship application is it a misrepresentation? . I never claimed any point for it

Hi Kubeir. Love your informative videos on the immigration. I recently watched your misrepresentation video. I have a concern, i had disclosed my US visitor visa refusal during my study permit application in 2020 august. I had UK visa refusal in 2020 november and in the same month i got my canada study permit approved. I came to Canada completed my studies got my pgwp. I applied for my TRV within Canada in 2022 April, i got my TRV approved. Today after watching the video I revisited my submitted TRV form and realized i had selected NO for any past refusal. I am getting eligible for CEC in July 2023 and will be applying for my PR. Currently i have no in-progress application with IRCC. Can you please advise the go forward plan of action ? PS:- I had already disclosed my US visa refusal during study permit application.
