Welcome Edison . It’s nice to see Dave and Logan have another work mate . Those big machines , what is their purpose? It seems to be a distribution warehouse ?? I guess you’d slice them up with a saw ? Ought to be copper inside them . Hopefully that warehouse is air conditioned . If there is plastic pallets, people will buy them . 😂😂😂Can you imagine if you could put those big machines on eBay 😂😂😂? We have our first big commercial cleanup. It’s a 10 acre lot with approximately 150 tires and multiple boats and in operable equipment like riding lawnmowers, air compressors, etc. It is our first bid of this magnitude similar to the warehouse job that you showed. Can you do a video of how you would go about, bidding a job like that

That’s a tough one! Lots of items that need special attention and I would address those problem items first with the customer, then go by volume. How much for each tire, what you’re able to take or not and just go by volume that you fill. I would account for labor rounding up all those items over 10 acres. I would not give a definitive number unless it’s a big one because it’s always a lot more than it looks spread out

I'm just getting my junk removal business going and I appreciate your videos a lot. Today was my first day actually, putting out yard signs, craigslist ad, going by businesses. Watched a lot of different people and I really like the info you give. I'm set up with house call pro like you are but curious about the clover. Its hard to justify the big cost, does it really help that much with tips? The house call card credit card scan tool, then the customer has a tip screen and has to sign seems about the same but i think im missing something. Also how does the wifi from your phone save you money with the clover and how much does it save? Does it make the processing fee less? All the help you can give is appreciated. 🍻

Edison, that was the name of my high school. I was a career fireman for 30 years. Been retired for almost 10 now but if I can give any advice, be very safe always watch out for yourself. Yes it’s a team job watch out for your partners as well safety first but yourself is most important. I worked with a lot of baboons in all my years. Just be careful brother. I would never do anything different.🚒🚒🚒🚒🫡
