I’m so excited for this palette! I just bought their Desert Monsoon a few months ago and I love it. The mattes are easy to blends and the shimmers are beautiful. It’s a great travel palette because it’s light and compact.

Last year you reviewed 2 palettes in particular that I'd never heard of but added to my wishlist based on your review. Desert Monsoon and Millionaria by Melolops. Neither were my usual preferred color story but you were so impressed with them I thought they were worth the gamble. So glad I did that! Desert Monsoon is so beautiful! The mattes are so easy to work with and the pops of color are silky and impactful. I tend to grab for it when I want an easy, quick, no fail look because every look turns out beautiful and since they are regular, i.e. not sqishy shimmers, they never crease on me. I love the look of their new palette too and can't wait to buy one! I never made the connection but you are so right in comparing them to the large Huda palettes! It's a very similar formula that I love. I bet they'd pair beautifully too! Love the looks you did with this and I can't wait to what looks you create for reels and tiktok. I love that no matter what platform I go to there you are with tons of different content. I totally respect your hustle! I really hope big things start to happen for you soon. You put thought and work into every video and always do thorough reviews and comparisons and it is always very much appreciated.

My family lives in Chandler, AZ where they are located and I have been in their store - it's in a shopping mall. I was super into nail polish at the time, and they have the best chrome and multichrome powders for nails. I got the first eyeshadow palette - love it. Not planning on this one yet, however, I have too much eyeshadow these days, lol.

The more I hear people rave about Mercury Retrograde, the more I think I got a dud and your swatch confirms that. On mine the shimmers were lackluster and they hard panned very badly.

every time I hear "made in Italy" I think "argh, we have them here but then we have to buy them from US" xD I would really like to know where exactly are these produced... and then, find out if those producers make other shadows under different brands :p This palette is beautiful!

I worked in product development for a big cosmetics company and one of the biggest labs that we used…and many other big and smaller brands did as well…was Intercos. That’s my guess, but this is going back over 10 years ago. I remember them being one of the first labs to come out with the now so common, but gorgeous baked powder formula. Schwan was another huge lab based out of Germany that everyone used for their pencil formulas. The company I worked for at the time was a drugstore brand, but we used the same formulas as Mac, Nars and other high end prestige brands. The differences would be either just by the shades/color formulas or making some other really “small” tweaks. If you live in Italy and are able to buy from/visit Intercos…definitely check them out!! I remember the samples I would get to try out for their new formulas or for products we were working on…and they were always so stunning!!
