Within 12 weeks of switching to a whole-food plant-based lifestyle, my cholesterol plunged from 171 to 115 and my bad cholesterol plunged from 81 to 30. Also, my A1C dropped from 9.5 to 6.1 and is still dropping. Blood pressure was already normal but dropped a bit to 90/43. I easily lost 60 pounds in 6 months so I now wear regular size clothes ~ no more plus-size clothes for me. No more diabetic neuropathy in my feet ~ it faded away. Also, I have diabetic retinopathy, but it's completely stopped in my left eye so no more monthly shots in that eye. I still get shots in the right eye, but less frequently since the issue is getting much better and is stabilizing.

I keep hearing the success stories about a WFPB diet for blood pressure but I have been eating 💯 that way (FOK version) for over a year and my BP is consistently high. No blockages to my kidneys and my eGFR did go from 50% to 72% on the diet…grateful for that. Any suggestions? Thank you 🙏

There's a mom who wrote a book where she cured her child's autism by cutting out dairy and animal products Dr. Peter Rogers spoke about her. I hope you can find it I'm sorry I can't recall her name . ❤

Any diet that needs to be supplemented with tons of supplements like a plant-based diet is not good. We need to eat the diet that humans were meant to eat lots of meat!

Only need B12 which is the same for meat eaters.

Going whole food plant based diet (After going Vegan for ethic, then plant based for health, then Whole Food plant based diet (WFPBD) for even better health...) is by far the best move in my entire life. i cannot recommend it enough. Dont hesiate (of course cross examinate and study about it , cant trust randomly "personal experience"..) But precision aside : Whole food plant based diet IS the best decision in my entire life. By Far. Money Health Fitness (Ethic, Vegan) Win Win Win Win. Fat loss, endurance (Energy too.. most people find me way too energetic and anoying xD hehe) , good recovery, good sleep, eat huge amount never hungry, but low calori, and high nutriment. colorfull. plants have tons of water too.. win win win win win win win win win. Unreal. wfpbd changed my health and wallet, my life veganism changed their life and my life, our lives

LDL HDL .= L Lowzy? HILL MP TTV (mountain magic potion tout-terrain-vehicule) = histidrine isoleucine leucine lysine methyonine phenylalanine threonine tryptophane valine (essential amino acid, vegan (whole food plant based diet) miss absolutly no protein) MUS PUS monounsaturatedfat polyunsaturated fat (miss nothing.. saturated trans fat no need) glucose gg, brain need glucose love glucose, body can produce gluclose gluconeogenesis glucogenesis (avoid lipogenesis no need survive acumulating unessential fat we are not living in antartica without house most of us) b12 hydroxocobalamine cyanocobalamine metyhlcobalamine adrenosolcobalamine - cyano safe studied they give it to cattle anyway, pennies per day. iodinised salt for tyroid vitamine D3 if not enough sun like winter country and indoor vegan for 3 years best move of my life bar none cheap healthy ethical. Lets go

K2 agree good one there, fermented food is kinda nice too alot seem to be linked with help with articulations (if im not mistaken) -- Nato , Sauerkrout (i love tumeric cucuma garlic ginger kimchi vinager balsamic... make things tasty and have articulation advantage, and digestive system gut microbiome) spicy kimchi is such an amazing discovery for me - i love it with more bland plant based food (and not just always have hot spice and hot sauce.. the sourness is amazing) aquired taste. make huge bunch of healthy food have taste (i cook so simple) its all about those tiny trick and addition that make huge change, slow on the iodine salt and some spicy kimchi!!! natto in kind of compressed bars are nice they are easy to cut and put in cube

no meat = no animal (its more emotional and "the vegan judgemnetal thing" to say animals, but if you want to describe all meat, animal sumarise it well (what about seafood then?.. fish are animal or not? ) -- trigger that quesiton tho. and can scare some people away cause they comfortable with meat but not "animal" or "animal corpse" since corpse is used for human and not animal, dead body? (not sure im french) i personaly call them animal corpse, sliced up animal corpse (cause veganism and not just WFPBD but i get this chanel is about non jugemental, im not judgemental saying "animal corpse" its just what i see, a dead animal)

good call about "protein deficiency name" - good argument about missinformation and lack of information (before going vegan i never heard the term, and thought we could lack protein easily (powder protein for gym when younger.. not essential at all) we get enough trough food powder not neesesary and even potentialy not optimal or healthy) im fitter than 20 at 40 and dont take any powder
