Anxiety is super common, but that doesn’t mean it’s normal. You’ve sounded like you’re on a brink of a meltdown for a couple months now, and I just want you to be okay girl. Whether that means stepping away for a bit, starting a medication, or building better habits that helps you mind and body, whatever it may be, I hope you let yourself get better 💓
