I love wet hair before bedtime. Been doing it for a lot of years. Heat and bleach kill hair. Everything else is fine.

wet hair is wayyy more fragile than dry hair so sleeping with it/rolling around on your pillow can cause breakage, and going to bed with a wet scalp can encourage bacteria/fungus to grow

Des! Why you’re tired sooner: our body naturally produces melatonin when it’s dark outside. So since it gets darker earlier then or body starts producing it sooner in the day so we get sleepier earlier 🥰

Hey you said, you alwyas check the exspiration dates. Just wanted to bring to your attention that expiration dates aren't always a hard and fast rule! While they're a helpful guideline, many foods are perfectly safe to eat past their "best by" date. Always use your senses to determine if something is still good. If it looks, smells, or tastes off, toss it. But don't be too quick to throw away perfectly good food! This is not meant as an sttack or something like that, just wanted to get that out. You feel that way during daylight savings bc it readjusts your circadian rhythm which is also why seasonal depression exists. Less sunlight and vitamin D affects mood and the earlier it gets dark the earlier melatonin secretion begins, making you tired sooner
