These JFY programs were rerun once and only once on GSN in the late 1990s and may never be shown again due to the prominence of the cigarette sponsor, Old Gold. As far as I'm concerned, any Fred Allen video is a precious Fred Allen video, since there's so very little outside of What's My Line.

Jaye P. Morgan was 22 years old here. According to IMDb she was very popular on television variety shows around this time, having had a big hit with "Life Is Just a Bowl of Cherries" in 1951, and she had been a regular vocalist on "Stop the Music" (1949-50). I never knew that, and I never watched "The Gong Show," either. Actually, I mainly know her from her memorable 1970s era appearance on "The Odd Couple" TV show, doing a way too slow rendition of Felix's "Happy and Peppy and Bursting With Love:" kzbin.info/www/bejne/oauXmpxmnMeZabM. :)

Kathy Collins No, I don't have any plan to post IGAS, except for a few WML-related episodes coming up. The next series I plan on posting is To Tell the Truth (the night time series).

I'm glad someone liked "I've Got A Secret"- no offense but I hated it, I thought the premise was stupid and if I were part of the celebrity panel I would have been fired from the show. I do however adore whatever Fred Allen was in and he was a brilliant ahead of his time comedian for sure, in fact some of the jokes here are over the heads of the audience in my opinion. He should have embraced television as a new kind of vaudeville media instead of shying away from it, sticking to mostly radio as far as it could get him.
