That is correct. The exhaust systems on the platform are starting to get cheaper so I may add one in the future. Depends on price

Every company overprices their Downpipes. At the end of the day they are just pieces of metal welded and bent. When I had my G80 I personal saw $1200 DPs and my MAD ones and the MAD ones look better and I got them for $300 bucks 😂

Did you still have the exhaust controller when you installed these? And did it help with cold starts more than just pressing the factory exhaust button to turn it off? That’s what I currently do in the mornings

Yes if you have a valve controller it definitely is not as loud if the flaps are closed.

Is the turbo whistle audible to you inside the car with the windows up? My F90 Comp doesn't have audible turbo whistle inside and I've never been outside my car while it was on to know if you can hear it outside.

Probably close to stock. Catted aftermarket Downpipes are not worth it. Stay stock or go catless

Did you close the valves at 14:04? I need to know if the stock M-Sport muffler can make a fully catless F90 sound somewhat civilized durting startup, otherwise my neighbours will kill me, lol. I only have an X-pipe so far, everything else is stock.

Yes with closed valves it is not as loud.. also you can turn off cold start in the tune. That’s helps

@@nygator3 I've had secondary downpipes and x-pipe for a about 6 months now, and some of my neighbours no longer greets me anymore because they hate me for my loud exhaust, lol. The car sounds civilized when driving normally though, but cold start is really loud.

I just installed Keller Primaries and Secondaries....now I have a check engine light.....I have ODX CX but don't know how to clear the check engine light on the dash. I was waiting for you to explain how you removed yours but didnt. Can you advise me or maybe make a video how to do so please?

Are you tuned? If so your tune can remove monitoring. If you are not tune you will continue to get a CEL. I have a video showing how to remove CELs

Yeah not 100% but 95%. The driver side engine mount brace on the primary downpipe did not line up. We shook the DP and it would not move so we where ok with it

At the end of the day it is just open metal pipe. Just make sure it has a flex pipe and you are good. You only really need the huge downpipes if you have upgraded turbos

You can put them on without a tune but will not see the full benefit. You will also have a CEL without a tune
