I would like younger people to understand that is until really recent years homes did not benefit from the modern heating systems as of today.. floors like this were hard hard to heat the floors were extremely cold to walk on and it caused cool drafts people didn't cover the floors cuz I hated them they covered them because they had to they had no choice. Pass the word on so that we do not have to hear this comment every time we watch a video.

I do videography professionally myself, the intro was super clean. The shots, the color correction, and the color grade. It was like a movie. I just don’t understand why you guys don’t have more views. Not like they matter as much, I was thinking they are probably making good money flipping these house anyway. What better to show a buyer everything you did to the house step by step. The amount of attention to detail, they have to sell fast. Don’t stop these videos. Thanks for the vent trick, I’m going to use that buying my first house end of this month, blessings.

1919...this was a two family home....You see these on the east coast to this day all the time. Imagine, getting married to move next door to your in-laws. There are families that do this to this day. As soon as you all showed the layout of the overhead I figured out this had been a two family home at one time.
