Jeremy has not had a voice (Deprivation of his 1st Amendment Right) nor a right to Bear Arms (Deprivation of his 2nd Amendment Right), and deprived of his easement to access his own land (Deprivation of his 4th Amendment Right) as well as his right to Due Process of law (Deprivation of his 5th Amendment Right) and even the right to a speedy trial (Deprivation of his 6th Amendment Right) for almost THREE MONTHS now (Since December 4, 2023), because THIS judge REFUSES to listen to the case on the merits and is too busy attacking Jeremy and his lawyers, Doreen Inkeles and Randy Shochet (and former lawyer Mark Feathers), refuses to recuse himself and violates the Constitution every time Jeremy Hales goes to court.

Yes we are we the people, what happens whenever you have established that fact but your local law enforcement wants to keep rearresting you? Setups galore!! All because of my constitutional standard regarding property taxes and they took my home! I have been in shock and just trying to survive! I fight it in appeals court? It's been a LONG TIME coming. Judge Grudge has no one to blame but himself if his career as a "judge" suffers in anyway from this action. The Judge has flatly refused several times to be reasonable & to do his job, he has shown on EVERY occasion that he simply cannot start & remain unbiased when dealing with this case. He has verbally attacked the Hale's 1st lawyer in the most unprofessional manner I have ever heard of. He has repeatedly denied Mr Hale's a FAIR & IMPARTIAL HEARING, even refusing to allow either Mr Hale's or his 2nd Lawyer the right to SPEAK by constantly speaking over them. He has acted as Ms Preston's lawyer before she had one, blamed Mr Hale's, his supporter's & both lawyer's for clear mistakes HE made. So many wrong's have been on show that even a blind man can see them. It has now come to this, which will at least allow fresh impartial eyes to look over the file's & it is hoped remove this judge & allow the original case to be heard in court & for justice to win. People all over the world are watching this, so many of us hold a deep belief in the letter, the word of the law, in JUSTICE, Truth, Honesty & that the LAW/JUSTICE, be impartial & available to everyone. This is a corner stone of Government of every FREE Nation....this Judge is placing HIMSELF above everyone else & has decided that Mr Hales is NOT entitled to JUSTICE & THAT is what has brought his legal team to having to resort to such extreme action. I just hope Jeremy & George can dig deep & find even more courage & strength to see this through to the end, to not only their benefit but for anyone who relies on THE LAW to deliver justice for All ❤❤❤❤

Five hearings, and neither side has really presented anything except for the first year when Lynette spewed all those lies that the judge said he hast to take as truth.. well, I hope he nails her with perjury when all the sudden done, especially the lie about Mr. feathers, offering her money that’s the last thing Jeremy would do is offer her money. that’s the whole thing that started this she’s a scammer, begging for money all over the Internet stocked the Hales to otter Creek, and when they were denied, she went ballistic attacking him with those signs and other things all lies. if you could go to prison for lying, this woman would get five life sentences.
