Yaskin is not kali.I think Yaskin will most probably reveal or revive Kali somehow and all chiranjeevis are yet to come.So in second part they may introduce all the other chiranjeevis and tease Kali at the end and in the meantime Kalki will be born and grow up a little bit or may become adult.In third part they may show Kalki and Kali's superbattle and restoration of Satyuga/Karmyuga after ending Kaliyuga.

I think it's relate to samudra manthan story where lord shiva takes poison from manthan and one drop of poison is went into dark ocean. Also story behind it is that drop of poison become a kali in kalyug and yaskin who is normal human somehow he get that kalki power from the ocean also look like inside his body power he can't hold and body became week. that kind of possibility may be related.
