Firstly I love the carry case for your pens, I'm sure the fleece on the inside keeps them safe and protected. I didn't know the plastic Kaweco's were known to skip, I have a blue one that does that often, at least I know it isn't just mine. I'm a fan of my Twsbi too, its light, easy to grip, and the ink flow is perfect! I like writing with fine nibs too. I recently got a Narwahl Voyage with an Extra Fine Nib. I've used a different ink in it to my other pens, which could be why it writes a bit thicker, but as you said 'extra fine' is different across different brands. Your collection is absolutely stunning. Any ending is eaux - Bordeaux is pronounced like a long O so Bord-O It is a French Louisianna thing I think.
