Fascinating to see Pentel still making fountain pens.

I am trying a Zebra Sarasa gel pen.... a bit of a leaky tip to be honest, or maybe carrying it clipped to my pants pocket .....it's a metallic blue with metal clip I believe....

I have never seen these Pentel fountain pens!!! I love the Tradio…going to investigate! Nice if it takes standard international. Nibs seem wonderful, juicy and smooth. (And you can’t go wrong with anything made by the people who make Energel…best gel pens of all! I think I have a ridiculous over 50 number of them 🤣.) Needle tip pens are great, too, I prefer them because I hold my pen close to the tip and I can see what I’m writing better. They’re also easier to use with a ruler or stencil and I just feel like you have more precision with them than the same size conical tip. It’s a preference thing mainly…but really helpful with the ruler/stencil part.

Retro 51 rollerballs and mechanical pencils rock (I have the Albert set too), fountain pens are disappointing, I'll convert the one I have in fountain pen ink/rollerball.

@@paulmchugh1430 Pure Pens is good too. For me, and what I use, Cult Pens is unbeatable.

Oh interesting, I find their fountain pens are more expensive than what we can get here

I think it depends on the pen and brand… and if there is a sale at places like Cult Pens. However, if you buy enough of them (which I regularly do) the price for Diamine inks is unbeatable at Cult Pens
