Upgrading The Fuel System On My Kubota RTV 1140CPX

I had some recent fuel issues that I thought was gelled fuel, but it turns out that may not have been the entire cause. During the process of fixing it, I upgraded the fuel delivery system to something that provides more clean and abundant fuel. I didn't realize that the RTV has an underlying fuel delivery issue that caused hard starting, rough idling on startup, and occasional fuel starvation.
