Quick question when i tried to connect it via usb, I hear a lot of hiss sound. Is there any fix for that?

The fix is to use an earthed plug for your PC. Then the grounding extends through the shield of the USB cable to the mixer (which doesn't have an earthed power supply plug)! I do recordings from a ham radio (not through any mixer), and the audio noise floor dropped from -64dB to -78db with a proper earth connection.

It's been a while, but I'm curious. I don't see any PAN knobs here, and channels are labelled as 1/L 2/R etc. Does that mean when you plug a mic into 1/L the sound will play only from Output L?

Sir It is not a stereo Mixer with PC.. It support only Mono (Right Channel) BUS.
