Thank you so much for this! I have been trying to figure out for myself what are the structures exactly and th ebest way to perform the excision of embryos from the scutellum and this video demonstration just made it a lot easier. I did my masters dissertation transforming Australian wheat varieties with CRISPR/Cas9 system through biolistic bombardment, and now I am still researching improvement of wheat through this methodology and this visual protocol will certainly help me improve my skills!! Thank you , again!
