4:15 You get a 9 to a spare per frame. Thats 19 points per frame. The 10th frame is a bit special, becuase you get a third throw if you clear. The thing is, you could get a 9 nine there, but it only adds to the previous spare/strike, it doesn't count by itself. So in the tenth frame you get a 9 to a spare for 10 points and then the next throw only counts to that spare for another 9. Giving you the 19 per frame, like every other frame. If it wouldn't be like that, then perfect game wouldn't be 300. Its 270 for frame 9. The first strike in frame 10 counts for 30 for 300 and the second strike would be another 2 and the third strike would could as 10, giving you 330 for a perfect game
