Sunday after the 2015 Wheel Jam truck show six drivers headed south out of Huron, South Dakota. The first three drive for Jade Transport out of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The others are Owner Operators.

I'm going to tell you Chris.. This one hear made me shed a tear. It's empowering to see these guys that are like me that still have that trucking dream out there.. That's what it's alllllll about. Shined wheels, black coal, loud jakes, and doing it all in style, not speed. Sure had me balling at the end. Cold chills ALLLL down the spine with this one.

Great video, Chris. Nice to hear from the boys who win these competitions and what they do between shows. Mostly polishin' I assume. Got to admit though, I'm more of a fan of the old school little window Petes. Those were the Real Trucks, no key, turn screw power adjustments, a set of sticks, air motor wipers and don't forget, bent needle tachographs! I'd love to see a rolling CB interview with on of these good ol trucks with a 1693 Kitty, cracklin and whistlin down the road! It'd bring back some fond memories.

That is one beautiful convoy of trucks. Mixture of old and new. The only things missing is The Ol Classic Peterbilt 359 and an Classic Peterbilt Cabover. Other than that I always enjoy watching Big Rig videos. Get to watch some beautiful award winning showroom rigs pulling America's freight. Also Chris keep up the good work. You make some High Quality Videos. Your interviews are very informative.

whats the better Peterbilt? Peterbilt 379 or Peterbilt 389

The 379 is the successor to the 359, while the 389 is a successor to the 379. The build quality should be about the same along with everything else besides engines and transmissions.Most 379's have the 3406 CAT engine which is a beast, on the other hand 389's have 6NZ C-15's which are mostly found in the earlier models of the 389 but the newer one have bad motors. In my opinion the 389 looks better, but the 379 is more reliable, so I would get a glider 389 and put a 3406 CAT engine.
