Good morning. I have SD300 wheeloader, but I noticed that whenever the gear is been engaged it takes time to pick and when it picks it jerk.. please what could be the problem .

Sounds like it needs the Transmission oil topping up, it's low.

I've noticed that frequently the bolts are NOT tightened properly. Should be inside out to avoid warping. Same with circular tightening. Should be opposite for example 12, 6, 3, 9 referring to a clock face!!

True but this is all steel or iron metal. It matters more when doing soft metal like aluminum or alloys. Still should always torque in a star sequence though.
