In 1986, Morley Safer went behind the scenes of "the game show of game shows": "Wheel of Fortune." At the time, Safer reported the show's success was "so pervasive" that it affected the nation's news-watching habits.
"60 Minutes" is the most successful television broadcast in history. Offering hard-hitting investigative reports, interviews, feature segments and profiles of people in the news, the broadcast began in 1968 and is still a hit, over 50 seasons later, regularly making Nielsen's Top 10.

3:13 Pat Sajak being an “interesting young man” 😂 boy I bet he’d love to hear those words again. It’s also interesting the way Vana is being described, being America’s “darling” at that time, the media world’s gotten much bigger since then.

I used to work at a TV station that was #1 in the ratings 23 out of 24 hours of the day. The only time we weren't #1 in our market was when Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy were on another competing TV station.

The story goes after the original run of Jeopardy! With Art Fleming ended on NBC, Merv Griffin was looking to create his next big hit for TV and after much tinkering he came up with Wheel of Fortune for NBC. And then in the 1980’s King World (the predecessor of CBS Media Ventures) paired the syndicated version of Wheel with a newly revived Jeopardy! The rest is TV history. Today Sony (who owns the rights to both Wheel and Jeopardy!) takes in over $100 Million in revenue per year just from that program.

At the time of this story, Fairbanks, AK was stuck with just daytime Wheel; it wasn’t until 1988 when then-CBS station KTVF finally took the plunge and picked up the nighttime show (after they dropped the shopping and went to all-cash). But these days…no more Rice-A-Roni; _everybody_ wins on Wheel (though only the night’s top winner plays the bonus round for more money - up to $100,000 or even $1 million! - or a car).

Is this the same pink door that ran down from Texas as Judge Roy Bean? If so I'd worry for everyone in between who are affected by a Church speaking as the trust of it's listeners. These shows are available in dead end streets, here called a ' cul-de-sac' ( culled a sack ) where they accidentally get into expecting public responses and the viewer either can't, won't, has no way, has just cause not to of r is under different orders than the speakers knew about. No recognizeable response comes in and tone takes the place of driver's licence English wherever the responders sense it. There the speaker can't be the speaker for or of the house, especially if they're a stranger in real life or truth is breached and the federalist extends into the bellies of the show's staff as salads or something in the area, usually lettuce, as an emergency way to try to pull the power invested in the viewer who is pudding so far away yet with no way to help the people who never helped the mysterious non responsiveness of the on signal from the other side of the fence they didn't know they're expected to hop. Then feelings get hurt, readers trust the codes, hasty judgement processing takes the place of the priest, cook's woulds and won't signs, and the order's inreach that somehow manifest as arrests against the order;a normal social behavior when the beef just isn't cooked to match the speaker as priests, for examples and chocolate, cocoa and other non-domestic, reoccurring symptoms of a 'fools labels/corner-red' NOTICED by the station far sooner than the viewers we're NOTICED and had a business tool specialty teaching in the style of the 'government class know + how 101' that got the television show broadcasters the rights to speak as everyone else where they can't all be filed under the proof of the HOUSE CHANGES needed - from the stores code - that prove the powers invested in the viewer are returning the same rights as the trapped viewers. Or, unusually tough stains replace the changes instead of new roofing materials ~ overdue by 30 years and stuff are replaced by in~securities insteads, relating to the ages of the television show broadcasters as a vulture culture who's ages prove they're now victims of the station's short falling where they refuse to send their missionary to the front door 🚪. It's an or! Weee out it daily to see the sun! That's saving grace! Because the Equal Opportunity Employment Funds has a letter placement rule ( F ) in it's backpedal toolkits at the station - where the viewer can't reach in. So, by the power invested in the viewer, by the 'E.O.E. and F'
