Ahhhh The Adventure Zone! I'm loving the graphic novels and they are faithful adaptations while still adding some new, fresh details and jokes, so it's not just a transcript. I hope you really love it! I got to see a live show earlier in the summer and it was so absolutely lovely.

I think the saddest thing about A Monster Calls is that Patrick Ness gets all the credit for it. The story was created by Siobhan Dowd, who was sick with cancer at the time and passed away before she could actually write it. So then the publisher gave the idea to Ness. No one ever seems to remember that it was Dowd’s very personal story in the first place before Ness swooped in and took it.

I need to read 7 books for the NEWTS. I have finished 2 so far, both 4.25 stars. The first one I finished was the storm crow and the other one was the binding by Bridget Collins. I am currently trying to read the unlikely escape of Uriah Heep but unfortunately I am in another mood were I just don't feel like reading. Hopefully I will be more in the mood in a couple of days. Actually at least by tomorrow night beautiful I am planning on doing my own 24 in 48 hr readathon for just myself. I like to do that once in a while, especially when I am in this type of mood.
