I would recommend Fix Her Up for the smut prompt. It can be hit or miss based on your preferences but I absolutely loved it! ☺️ I’m also reading Serpent & Dove this month and I can’t wait!

I recommend Born, Darkly for smut! It's a phsychological thriller and it's about a psychologist falling for a serial killer. I feel like it fits perfectly for October :)

If you would rather your Smut be set in a Fantasy setting, Sherrilyn Kenyon is great. I just got into her Deadman’s Cross series and there is some good smut in it. As well as angels and demons and the like. Thanks for all the videos ❤️❤️

In terms of smut, I think Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning would be a perfect read for this time of the year, as it's a paranormal romance! It's a fun, steamy, addictive book to read! It features a kick-ass heroine (she grows a lot throughout the series) and is set partly in a bookshop in Dublin!

The early books in the Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter series might work for Smut without being too much about the romance. Guilty Pleasures is the first and it is part of the Urban Paranormal genre if you are interested in that.

Ahhhh this looks like such a great TBR and looking at my massive October TBR, I'm feeling very jealous :D. The Beautiful Bastard series by Christina Lauren is really smutty, it's sort of enemies to lovers though. Ahhh I loved this video so much! Have a great October!

I don't read a lot of smut but I did read A Rogue by Any Other Name by Sarah MacLean earlier this year, it's a historical romance with Hades/Persephone vibes, and it was some of the most fun I've ever had while reading a book! I recommend it to everyone looking for smut/romance!

I read 'Dumb House' with the same high expectations you had...and I was slightly let down. BUT.. it was interesting to say the least... and very dark and unsettling at times. The "experiment" isn't as prominent in the story as I thought it was going to be. But I also know a girl that loves it, and has re-read it.

Horrorstor was a fun read! I loved the IKEA type catalog. I recently finished listening to The Death of Mrs Westaway and thought it was a 3/5 star read (I think I would have liked it more if I had just read it). If you want some sci-fi romance, I'd highly recommend Polaris Rising by Jessie Mihalik. If you want some fantasy romance (though I don't remember if there was much in the way of smut), I'd recommend Kill the Queen by Jennifer Estep!

If you're looking for a good smut, anything by Talia Hibbert and Alisha Rai will be perfect. Their books are not only about smut, in fact in my opinion, there is no that many smutty scenes, but they deal with important topics just as depression, anxiety and grief. Their writing is beautiful and they are easy to read as well!!

I haven't read smut for a while, but I used to enjoy the a few authors in more of the paranormal romance section. Gotta have a bit of fantasy with my reads! The Black Dagger Brotherhood by J. R. Ward has vampires and starts with Dark Lover. The Psy/Changling by Nalini Singh has...psychics and changelings and starts with Slave to Sensation. The Dirk & Steele by Marjorie M. Liu has shapeshifters and starts with Tiger Eye. I think this one was my favorite.

Aah, a smut prompt. You could try The Kiss Quotient. The autism rep in it is great too although I'd never go for an escort. The unhoneymooners is fun too. But I'm not much of a judge for romance. I only started reading it when the Kiss Quotient came out and very sporadically.

I liked Mary Jo Putney's Fallen Angels Series (My Favorite is Angel Rogue). They are Regency romances so if that's not your 'cup of tea' I understand. Just thought I'd throw something a bit older as a recommendation.

If you are looking for some "spooky" themed smut, try reading Pestilence by Laura Thalassa if you don't mind a hate to love trope. This is a story based on the four horsemen of the apocalypse and ends up with some pretty steamy scenes when Pestilence isn't going around killing off humanity.

I love your videos! For smut my recommendation would be the Undead series by Mary Janice Davidson. The first book is called Undead and Unwed. These are more usually classed as paranormal romance than smut but trust me when I say there is a whole lotta sex in this series! Plus they're an easy and fun read. Good luck with your October TBR there's some pretty big books on there! 😊
