As i see it you should move the shiftermount forward, so you don't have to move your arm backwards to reach the shifter. It looks like you use too much energy to get to it. Especially if you race many laps you'll feel the difference.

You don't shift right at the red line. You can go even further and that helps acceleration.

Magisteerium but usually the red line is where the power band is dropping off. so you dont really want to get to that point. You want to stay at peak power and lower revs have more torque (to a certain extent)

Realistic mod? you are shifting the hole time from Gear 1 to Gear 2.. thats not realistic If you whas in gear 5 and you made a mistake in shifting and you shifted to gear 3 and the game jumps from gear 5 to gear 3 then it would be realistic..

Erick Macias he got all of this for free but if you want exactly what he has Thrustmaster TX Ferrari 458 Italia = around €300 T3PA Pedals = around €100 TH8A Shifter = around €150 Wheel Stand Pro = around €150 as well Realistic shifter upgrade = around €60 I would recommend getting the TX Integral Edition, comes with the TM28 Leather Rim and T3PA Pedals in the package so you don't have the plasticy 458 Rim and the 2 Pedals set but a metal Rim with leather and 3 pedal set and comical brake mod straight away without buying it separate.
