It's stable but a little heavy and cumbersome to put in and out of the car if you are frail or dont have much upper body strength. It does not fit in a 2022 RAV4 trunk with the strap that you purchase with the Zeen unless you maneuver it into a different position after you put it in. If you don't have good upper body strength that might be an issue. But it would cut down on falls if you have balance issues.
