Although this is a quick and easy no adjustments needed system, I prefer the Fat Wrench simply because it can be adjusted for other torque weights. I torque my rings to 18 inch pounds, the Fat Wrench will do that, this set doesn't. It's a cool concept, but isn't something I would use

I hear you there! It’s a good supplement for me since I’ve already got the FAT wrench. I think they’re meant to compete with the Fixit Stix torque limiters. These I’ve been keeping in my range bag and my FAT wrench stays on my bench. Thanks for watching brother and sharing your thoughts… always appreciated!

Not many excusable there for me. 15 is lighter than I use on my scope those are usually 18 or 20 and the others I don't generally use but 65 is close to my torque setting for my action screws on a few rifles. I like the idea a lot our friend tab or trees are blowing. Just did a video on a similar tool from another company, and it didn't click over or run past as you describe. It had a gauge and you turned it until the gauge lined up with the torque setting you wanted. That looked interesting too good video. Thanks man.❤❤

Definitely don’t think they’re for everyone or every purpose. Don’t see them getting any where near the use my other torque wrenches get used, but time will tell. For the most part I think they’re good to just throw in the range back, but with the space they take up, a regular fat wrench would do just as well.

I don't know how I feel about these I love the Wheeler fat wrench it's one of my most used tools and I think I would just stick with this. Although a wheeler t handle fat wrench would be super cool.

I think the general consensus is that folk prefer the FAT wrench. I’m in that camp too, but since I already have one of those, I wanted to give one of these a try. Been keeping them in my range bag at the moment.

Yea these are decent secondary, but definitely not a replacement

I have the fat stix and I hate them because instead of an audible click, the head just spins and makes it feel like you are stripping it. The fat wrench if a much better tool.

I was thinking of getting one of these but I decided to get a set of Fit It Sticks kit instead...... I like them but I am still thinking of getting these yet....

I haven’t tried those yet, but I bet they’re similar. I still use my FAT wrench the most. These I’ve been keeping in my bag. How do you like the Fix it sticks?

@@ChristianGrest yes the wheeler and fix it sticks works similar but kind of different too.... depends on what style of sticks u get.... they have like the wheeler ones with individual torque values that clicks but they have ones with all in one.... which I have and they have many torques numbers on the bottom part and as u turn the torque handle the top part turns and you have to watch the white line which lines up with the number you are torquing to and stop. I like them. they work well.... but if you do get some I would recommend getting the ratcheting handle.....
