Great question, but the business structure is probably going to vary person/business to person. I would be okay with a 5r a bin if I have enough in the area, it will probably be much more for these guys, would be interesting to know though

Hi Matthew, thanks for your comment, its recommended by the National association of wheelie bin washers that you have permission from the local authority to clean their bins, have the correct insurances and the main one for us is having a license to dispose of the waster waster as you cant just pour this down a normal drain it needs to be disposed of in a foul sewer for which you have a license / permission from the local water authority.
