LSU Football Spring Game 2024 Highlights.
LSU Football played its 2024 Spring Game, which was offense vs defense.
Covering sports in a unique way since 2018.

One of my favorite accomplishments is revolutionizing the way sports channels create thumbnails. I've adopted two different styles, one with logos on the left and a game snapshot on the right, and the other with the logos in the middle and game snapshots representing both teams on either side.
I have a combined 4 years of experience as a Baseball & Basketball Play by Play announcer, which is where I learned my skills for commentary/breakdowns.

OU fan here. So far LSU has shown the best promise IMO. I know it’s just spring games, but no other team actually went out there and PLAYED football, Tennessee, Auburn, and OSU all just seemed to go through the motions. Looking forward to the end of season game in Death Valley!

Offense will put up a lot of points they will be explosive they are clicking but that 2nd team defense looks better than the 1st team Toviano definitely needs to start Ryan looks good at safety Burns should be playing like LB/SS Close to the line and we definitely need to get more DL in the Transfer portal

As an LSU fan here are my takeaways from the game- LSU is going to have a very good offense again this year. Don’t be surprised if Garrett Nussmeier is a heisman finalist To put it nicely, the defense has issues still. Luckily, it’s spring and there is time to improve but there is cause for concern. As the game went along I feel that the 2nd and 3rd team defense and the younger players played well against the 2nd and 3rd team offense. I think the future is bright defensively even though it might not be that good this year.

LSU will play two games against QBs thought to be better than Nuss. Both games in Tiger stadium. Swann and Collins both took reps with #1 offense. Neither could do anything. All the other players were the same except QB. Swann has double digit starts in the SEC. Collins is an up and coming prospect. They have talent. Tiger defense defended it much better against them.

@@samuelburson7640 Got tigers a heisman QB and two 1st round WRs. The '24 defense will be much MUCH better than last year. Last year LSU had a 2nd half lead in all 3 losses. It was a 2 score lead in the 4th against joey freshwater. A lil better defense last year. LSU in the playoffs with shot at title. They will get that this year. LSU will face 2 teams with QBs on the same level as Nuss. Give me 5 or so teams you think will beat LSU this year?

The 5 potential losses are USC, that's probably going to be a shootout. Alabama, Ole Miss, A&M & Oklahoma. All of these teams are very good offensively. I don't know that A&M offense is on par with LSU but the others are and they will all have better defenses.

8/4 reg season, maybe another 9/3, Definitely not a championship team. Thats not based on this warm up either. Blake being the highest paid DC EVER doesn't impress me at all. His stats at Miami or Missouri doesn't say 2.5 million per year qualifications. Matt had a super bowl win plus an appearance, look how that turned out. 3rd worse SEC finish in 2023.
