这个房子已经很小了，可是厕所要做到这么大 zzz, 而且还有Balcony, 我觉得我宁愿不要balcony 和厕所做小一点，换客厅大一点，房间大一点更好，然后做一个Yard 给你晒衣服就好。

从某些年开始建造的房屋，政府有规定侧所一定要可以让轮椅进出，因此侧所才有那样的面积。

新加坡的公寓只是个人感觉成就感而已，又小又窄住得不舒服，其实按照实际需求的角度出发，组屋才是首选😂周边的环境已经足够好的配套了，而且房子大，还可以得到政府各种补贴，一旦住进公寓洋房就没有很多政府的补贴和福利😅

跟个人成就感无关。买组屋其实是经济策略。只要适龄，聪明的人都会优先购买组屋。住上五年，要吗套现先赚一笔。不然就住上些日子，等财务好转在购买私人产业把其中一间出租。

EC买家限制很多，家庭月总收入不能超过16k, 而且不能有别的住宅房产。 EC小区设计相对简化和低价，而且住户密度一般很高，基本上买的都是存多cash，没有别的房地产投资的上班族家庭，或者是做生意报少少的人买的

@@kee2718 😁I live in EC, yes the criteria is strict that make it like in between HDB and Condo. I choose EC over private Condo due to the future resale gain in the area. But I have other personal reason and no regret. Can't really compare to other higher end condo but it fit my need for my budget.

condo是带装修的，所以不需要花太多装修。当然也有人打掉全部重做，一般买EC不会豪成这样子

卖私人房产的不会告诉你，等你老了政府一看你名下或者直系亲属名下有私宅，不好意思，所有医疗没有补贴，什么拐杖，代步车，医疗床，甚至你要去政府养老院都不允许，你只能去至少每个月6000还不一定有位的私人养老院，什么都不会享受政府津贴，一切都算100%私人医疗费率，如果你退休前没有300万新币，就好好想想要不要这样，欢迎地产中介前来指正，以上是我了解的情况。

Singapore weather is practically the same with most of Malaysia. Difference might be people hardly walk but drive in Malaysia , hence many people are overeweight.vBad for your health if you keep this weight. And please don't wear black in hot weather. You will heat up fast, sweat alot, dehydrate. Also ,people who wear black t shirts stinks alot in tropical weather. Very unbearable to be near someone with sweat stain black t shirt, especially in the train, in the lift etc. hopefully you didn't stink up your friend's house. Then again he wears black too. 当然每个project都有大小unit 看中的midtown modern在bugis mrt之上生活便捷 1800sqft的4beded 要价$620万 , 另一间也很有眼缘的jden在jurong east一样的4beded 1400sqft $390万未来的第二个cbd中心区地点绝

看你公寓的规定罗，后期业主会议会不断更新政策，我们之前可以免费停所有的车，后来visitor过来车位不够，变成第一辆免费，第二辆好像是60，第三辆120。收藏的车只要不开出去当然不用拥车证，只要开出去就需要。

sporean like 1million sgd pigeon hole hdb. with fancy name and street name. the wealthy stay in condo, town house, semi d, bungalow. their favourite hobby is cowpeh cowbu everything...they like voucher...gst, col etc...shopping ctr voucher also they like. smart and wise people😊
