Bill Jenkins you bought a decommissioned cop car . They usually take out the lights and siren . If you install it back into the car you can get into some serious trouble , and you might be charged with impersonating a police officer . My advice , just stick with the car as is.

Bill Jenkins Same as MrCoreylax, they took the lights and siren out not just to re-use it. It would be pointless to install lights and a siren, as you can't legally use them unless you are a certified peace officer or first responder while in response to a life-threatening emergency. If you still wanted to install lights and a siren, make custom vehicles for volly ffs.
