When 1 timers were goals every time! Is NHL 24 a better game than NHL16?

A lot of people would agree that previous NHL games were better than NHL 24.
In my opinion NHL 14 was the best game, but I have enjoyed most of the newer games.
Here is a clip of a one timer goal from NHL 16. It was hard to miss a one timer in NHL 16, but I like how NHL 24 will allow a goalie to stop or allow good players to block one timers.

You have a lot of slap shot goals from this year. Was it easier before?

One timers aren’t difficult this year, but were automatic goals in NHL 16 and other editions. I like how defence in NHL 24 is better.
