An underrated quality of fictional characters is the whit to come up with these raw ass lines on the fly. (Although it'd be hilarious to see a scene of a villain practicing his monologues and the hero having a list of cool one liners saved up)

They just let our ancestors to bleed out protecting our country and by extension theirs, for over a century, while they fought their wars against the French, their fellow good devote Catholic Gentlemen, and/or the other "not-so-good", but equally devout Protestant German kingdoms, to say nothing about the numerous times they organised witchhunts against Protestant Hungarian Aristocrates. Ever heard of Elisabeth Báthory? No, she was not a vampire. She was one of the victims of said witchhunts. It's only when it became clear that Hungary couldn't shield Vienna against the Ottomans anylonger, that the Habsburgs dedicated themselves to the fight, and even then, Poland took more burden than they did, and their most successfull general was French (Eugene of Savoy).

Pls do it, i would love to hear your opinion on the story as a whole, and a comparison between the other books and adaptations you've looked up so far , and would you think of a live action adaptation for the future. I think it has the potential of becoming a great series that probably everyone will watch at some point, like game of thrones was at some point, but actually much better written and with a better message. But that's just me.

This is cool and all, but I'm not quite sure about the subject matter. Turning the "n*zi" into the villain is so incredibly overdone and it ignores why it happened in the first place. I get that this isn't literal funny mustache man follower, but looking how things have turned out makes it hard to not see things from a different side. Look at the world today and tell me this wasn't predicted long before any of us were born.

Except the Nazis did attack the habsburg's and their supporters irl. The Nazis were no different from the socialists and the left in general, they sought to destroy tradition, etc. Like their Conservative critics at the time called them rare steaks, brown on the outside red on the inside.

While it's totally ok to attack the Germans in modern culture, the jewish reds get a free pass. The Germans got six million, the jews got over sixty million and the number continues to rise.
