While unheard did harm community. Trust, I understand the reasoning. Arena had just flopped after they spent a fuck ton of cash on advertising it so they needed something to help recover the big ass loss. After weirdly doubling down on unheard they are making good changes again(armor system simplification) but I do see why people have given up this wipe and the game as a whole. Also kinda sucks that this is going to be the longest wipe in Tarkov history(or one of the longest) so wipe fatigue is going to be a major issue in the community if the events can’t hold players

Yeah I'm definitely not leaving the game entirely but this wipe was the fastest and most I had ever grinded (I'm basically two levels away from max traders, which would be my first time in 1100-1200 hours). I'm thinking about finishing the job even if it would be a massive slog to do so. I kind of liked how the old version of the armor rework was imperfect which allowed bad ammo to do fine since a bunch of my friends had their first meaningful wipe this time around, but it's cool to see that they simplified it to make it less BS. I'll definitely be back for patch 15.0 though

I was using the FAL a lot when I could afford it during patch 12.0 and 13.0, so you could imagine I was SUPER happy when I found out it was insanely good this wipe.
