Just wanted to say I pretty much been gaming for 2-3 years straight as I’m working from home on pc, last month started getting CRAZY pain in my right eye and in my neck. @@calzed2215 hey and some points when I was playing rust I’d play from anywhere from like 6-12 hours a day sometimes even more if I was gaming with friends. And the one thing that confused me about my “injuries” was that I always had amazing posture, I made my own desk to a perfect height with my chair so my arms were 90 degrees. Which helps with not causing strain on my shoulder neck and back muscles. But when you play for that many hours daily and for 2-3 years with no exercise you are bound to get problems no matter how good your posture is. Just be active, every hour stretch and get up, even do some exercises. AND DO NOT SIT CLOSE to your screen, I always played FPS games and sat extremely close to my screen so I could see players far away a lot easier. Hope this helps you man! I would hate for someone to go through what I went through, I felt like dying no joke.
