I love Tyler but I don’t believe every artist has to push boundaries of genres and such. I feel it’s usually worth it, you’ll broaden your horizons, but some artists or bands already have their formula figured out, and can change things up in their own way within a genre too. I love the genre-bends and combos too, but not everyone has to do that I feel
