You’re in the business to make money, if people can’t understand that Then go somewhere else. From the videos i’ve watched you do everything you can to save your customers money and go way above to make a customer happy.Unlike a lot of dealers who only care about their bottom line . I wish there was a lot more people in this world like you instead of the me first world we live in now

Great video! I just got back from a hunting trip. My buddy has a 2005 Rhino. We got out in the woods and it would not run. I took the carb apart and cleaned the jets and got him going. He asked me “how did you learn how to do that?” I said I watch this guy Rock on KZbin lol. I love your videos.

Nice vid Rock. New viewer here. Few questions/observations… 1) installing the rings, do you clock them? 2) wrist pin retaining ring, do you clock the opening to 12 or 6 or just wherever? 3) cylinder and head dowl pins. Always an important part to make sure they are accounted for and reinstalled. 4) careful on torque wrench usage. No jerking to clicks. 5) I like to roll over fresh engine a few times then check new valve lash. 6) lots of HF tools👍

Not a fan of filter socks on polaris machines. Adds resistance. Stick to OEM setup or else you start sucking in unfiltered air into leaks throughout the intake system. Good way to dust the top end.

Do you think condensation from sitting outdoors could have caused that damage?
@rockspowersports

I’m not sure if a little condensation would cause that much damage. Possibly if it sat for a long time. I’d say there was probably a significant amount of water in that cylinder.

If there is not enough gap you would file it down to the desired gap. If it’s to large of a gap then you need new rings.
