You should do an older sled rehab series. Maybe do all the common stuff that needs doing when you pick up an older, new to you sled. Be helpful for younger or less experienced people getting into snowmobiling. Awesome content as always man!

back in 77 my daddy bought me a puma 440 what great sled was the last one on the show room. what a great sled and sitting on it was like i was so comfy. best sled ive own. I still have the same sled with 2918 mils and still purrs like its new. now I have a limited edition Yamaha RX-1 1000. Love this sled. in automotive they stagger the ring gaps in a similar way...but they also tell us to be careful with the wrist pin clip.....wrist pin ring/circlip gaps should always be up or down and never 90 degree from vertical

Great job going into the flywheel and measuring the run out, I can't believe that the max run out is .008, that seems like a lot. I rebuilt a Honda 250es Big Red and the max run out is .002 , but any how Thank You for sharing your expertise on the not so common TRX 700👍

a coil would be faster and easier to put in. the auto parts makers stopped using drain plug coils years ago to save money.

That is a great repair job and kit !! Every quad I owned had to have the Drain plug threads repaired !! And it was always the dealer that stripped them out

I paid too much for mine, and I pay the same and much much more in repair.... But I like him sooooo much... 🥰🤣
