They do not help. A woman two doors down had a restraining order against a man she dated twice. He had been in jail 3 months for attacking her and was let out. We woke up to fire trucks and police. He had murdered her and set the house on fire knowing her 18 month grandchild was also in the house. Her daughter, a nurse was at work. Less than 5 years for murder and attempted murder of the baby. This was not the first case of his attacking people. A man who went to high-school with him said he turned weird when he was 19. Had been normal up until then. These type of people need to be either in jail or in mental health hospitals. They are dangerous and keep getting worse with time, not better. And a few months does nothing to stop them.

I have had a stalker for 11 yrs now. My ex has broken my ankle in two places and caused CRPS because of it. Restraining orders allow the police to arrest the person if they contact you, otherwise there is no protection at all. My ex has served time in jail a few times, has a court ordered no contact in addition to the R.O., has a 2 yr stayed prison sentence, and is now a multiple felon. The police can only do so much, but they can arrest the person every time they violate it. The more they do, the more jail time they get. The rest is up to us. We need to learn our local laws, and learn self defense (2 A).

If a man defends himself in these cases then the law will say they are the aggressor! Men have to show restraint and the abusive women know it and use the situation to their advantage! DISBELIEVE ALL WOMEN until proof is evident! They lie like a cheap watch and invent things to accuse the man of! The authorities have got to stop assuming women are truthful!

For us men, we are damned if we do, damned if we don't. If we don't fight back we are viewed as weak but if we do fight back we are abusers.

My son had a wife like this and unfortunately he ended up up in jail , it took so long to get him out and she just continued to do this , her “ friend : unfortunately was a police officer that would turn up , the end I had him come to live with me , because this , her “ friend “ just kept it up , police officer sometimes help their lovers , Friends , , this was not in the US A . It was not until I help him , that he could get away from her , she lived in their unit , wreaked it , sold drugs, plus used them , the neighbours told me and the paramedics, but the police here don’t believe the men , just the woman . I went to court after this in the end we got some justice , but because of him being in jail, and court system , he has to live with the D V charges , it’s changed my son , his mental health issues , etc . Not the same man, a lot of women do this here , as there are no laws to really help them , women have all the rights .

The 2nd story, ive seen it before. After she was taken away the guy broke down in tears and kept saying I can't believe it is over. It was heartbreaking to see his sadness but sheer relief at the same time.

I watched my sister abuse my brother-in-law for years to the point that me and my brother and I tried to go to our brother-in-law and beg him to put a stop to it. And of course, by the time he'd taken enough to the point that he defended himself, she had him arrested. The only thing that saved him from years in jail was my brother and I testimony. Abuse, regardless of gender is unexcusable and there is no justification for it

It's not her son or stepson. It's her exboyfriends son. He has been trying to get her out of his home for months. His uncle,dad family own all those places around him. It's his home. His son. I seen the entire video awhile ago on the police video cam site

BOY WAS THIS TRIGGERING😤A year ago my son’s wife attacked him and scratched him up and bit up his chest and arms. This is the second attack like this one(that I know of). She has hit him many times, broke things in their apartment (including expensive things I purchased fir them)and got into fights with A LOT of other people. Most times she is not provoked by them…it’s her anger issues and alcohol. This last attack happened while they were at a campfire get together in the woods. She was arrested. The police came because she had taken off into the woods…drunk and my son could not find her. He called for help(we live in Alaska…not safe…) When the police came some went looking for her while others stayed back. An officer saw bite marks peaking out from my son’s t-shirt and made him take his shirt off. They found her and took her to jail. I was hoping this would be a wake up call for her. BUT the next day while we were on the on phone arraignment and the judge was asking for her name and information….the DA said they were dropping the charges. They told MY SON to go pick up his wife from jail! He immediately called us because he was in shock and confused by what had just happened. He went and picked her up. I have not spoken to her in 16 months! They are having a rough time of it, but I have realized things will not change until THEY decide to change it! Thank you for letting me have an outlet about this. It is something we never talk about here. I spend every day waiting for something to happen again😢

Tell your son that divorce isn’t all bad. And please do check in on him often
@za29595 ай бұрын
She won't change. There's no reason for her to do so. Only your son can help himself by leaving her. She may have mental issues but it isn't your son's duty to be her punching bag. He has a duty to himself to honour himself and be just to himself.

2nd Footage: I saw this unfiltered from other channel and it's very heartbreaking & relief as well knowing the DV victim--man here, is a heart patient & undergone several heart by pass operations and has in fact a pacemaker, yet he is a hardworking man and continually the breadwinner of his family. Her GF was truing to kick him out from his own house. He cried after being believed by the police officers as the real DV victim. I hope he's doing well, got a PPO against her and the child/ren custody now.

I met a man who was in the psyche ward because he had been so badly abused for so long and the cops just laughed. He had vicious bite marks on his back and many scars. He knew if he fought back, or even protected himself, he would be arrested because she was so much smaller than him but was refused justice as a victim of domestic abuse. I'm glad that Johnny Depp winning his case against Amber Turd has changed the way we see abused men.

10:30 that's not her son. He's the boyfriends son, then her and the boyfriend have 2 kids together... girls I think. But I watched the full body cam a while back and the dad tells the officers that she's not the boys mother, just the mother of the 2 little ones inside. Now knowing that, though, isn't it more laughable that she's trying so hard to stop the cops from talking to a child that isn't even hers 😂 mind you, the officers ASKED the father if they could talk to the boy before they went and got him... the dad said absolutely!! So..... what's the problem!?? Oh, that's right.. she knew the boy was going to tell the whole truth of what he saw and whatever he said, the cops would believe over either adult!! THAT'S why she didn't want it to happen 😂😂
