Texas manufacturing is kicking ass. Reminds me of some of the shops I worked in Orange County, just cranking out aerospace parts. There's a lot of money in thread gages there, very nice.

I’m not a machinist but couldn’t this long part be cut at an angle with a bandsaw before it ls placed on the cnc and save time and tool wear? If I’m wrong , please explain. Is it because ti is difficult for a saw?

Yes, the part profile could be rough cut on a bandsaw, but this takes a fair amount of time, and I think most machine shops would rather pay the machine time to remove the material than pay another employee. Ideally, the parts could be 'nested' in a large sheet and cut out with a waterjet, but could be a significant expense to get started.

Very nice and successful Aerospace components manufacturing facility. Do they have a set-up to carry out all the deburring and finishing work after machining. I am from India and also run a small Aerospace component manufacturing shop.

Like they use US Standard measurements. If I could point out…the title needs to have one word changed…gage is needing a “u” after the “a”. Gauge is the way to go here. All the best, 👌

The correct spelling in this case is debatable. I think if you look around, you''ll find that in general, instruments with moving parts are often referred to as gauges, whereas instruments with no moving parts are often referred to as gages. There is a fair amount of overlap between the two spellings, and most people use them interchangably, or at least understand what is being referenced.
