Control what situation? She was outside calling for a ride home and the police showed up and started harassing her, trying to provoke something they could charge her with. They kept her from leaving after they gave her the trespass notice, and then arrested her when they would not let her walk off. She had no idea the trespass notice include the parking lot area. The police never told her .... even if they did, they kept arguing with her preventing her from leaving. All they had to do was give her her trespass notice, tell her it includes the parking lot, and to walk off the property, including the parking lot, and then, they needed to shut up and walk back to the establishment and wait 5 or 10 minutes. If she was still in the parking lot when they came back out, then maybe they have grounds to arrest. Even former police who retired and have KZbin channels are reviewing videos like this, and are exposing these tactics the police use to escalate so they could artificially create a charge. ....

In the UK if a charge was brought against this woman of being 'in charge of a vehicle while intoxicated' a defence that she had no intention of driving and had phoned or was just about to phone for a ride home would be successful, so she would not be charged with that offence.
