Thank you! Needed to see this. I have a philodendron that needs a good pruning but I believe he may have root rot 😢. The center and newer leaves are yellow and browning. 😢

It’s always best to cover the open wounds as soon as you can- a rooting powder is a good idea.

What happens when you prune a monstera deliciouso? I understand people prune to propagate, but how does the parent plant recover? Does it branch or just throw out new leaves?
